Melissa Suzanne George from Australia is an actress, model and inventor. Melissa George began her career as an actress and model in Australia. She later she moved to Hollywood. George George was born in Perth and initially became attracted to skating, dancing as well as other creative pursuits. Modeling began for her in her early teens. She won Western Australia Teenage Model Year 1992. The following year, she appeared in an episode of Seven Network's soap opera Home and Away. Dark City marked her screen debut and she's since appeared in various supporting roles for projects including Alias The Limey & Down with Love. Before taking on her first lead role in a major Hollywood production, the remake of The Amityville Horror in 2005, she had already been in a number of other movies. Her popularity on American television shows is testament to her success. George, as an entrepreneur is launching her own product Style Snaps on the market.
