McKayla Rose Maroney is a former American artistic gymnast and singer. She competed in 2012 Summer Olympics as a part of the American Women's Gymnastics Team referred to as the Fierce Five. At the Olympics she was awarded a silver medal for herself and also a team gold. The beginning of her life. McKayla Rose Maroney is the daughter of Erin Maroney and Mike Maroney. (died 2019.) McKayla's Irish Catholic background is her ancestry. Her brothers were Tarynn & Kav. The homeschooling she did was to prepare her for elite gymnastics. Maroney stated she "when I was younger I used to watch Tarzan and play around on my all-fours. My mom was like"I must put this child in gymnastics. Lauren Drain was a member of the Westboro Baptist Church and wrote Banished in 2013, which describes her experience, which included being expelled from the Church. Lauren has been engaged with David Kagan since August 2013 and is also a fitness star. The couple has their daughter Aria Skye Kagan, born on the 29th day of December in 2019. Kagan was a short time living on her own in Topeka and was enthralled by the reminders of her exile from church and family. She eventually decided to relocate to Connecticut. Her parents, two sisters and brother were members of the church and cut all ties with her.
